Frequently asked questions
How fast do I get my kundali report?
Usually within about a minute of payment. Your reports appear on the order page you are sent to after checkout, and we email the download links as well. The links work for 30 days, so please save the PDFs. If the Matching Report is waiting for the second person's details, it appears a minute or so after you add them.
What is the refund policy on the kundali bundle?
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying, for any reason. Reply to your delivery email or write to us through the contact page. We would rather refund you than keep money for something that was not useful to you. Your download links stop working once the refund goes through.
What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still buy the bundle. Tick the box for an unknown time and we use 12:00 noon, and the reports say so clearly. Planet signs and usually the Moon sign stay reliable, but the lagna, the houses and anything counted from them may be wrong. If you can find the time on a birth certificate or hospital record, the reports will be much more accurate.
Is the kundali report in English?
Yes. All three reports are written in plain English for readers who are not astrologers, with the Sanskrit and regional terms alongside, such as rashi, lagna, dasha and bhukti, jathakam and porutham. Every technical word is explained where it first matters. The reports are not available in other languages yet.
Which calculation method do the reports use?
The Lahiri ayanamsha, the standard used by the Indian government's calendar committee, with the mean node for Rahu and Ketu, whole-sign houses, and the historic time zone rules for your birth date and place. We checked our planet and lagna positions against Swiss Ephemeris. Every page footer names the method, so a pandit can see exactly how the chart was made.
Do the reports predict my future?
No. They set out what the tradition of Jyotish associates with your chart, and mark periods as traditionally favourable or a time for care. Nothing in them is a promise or a prediction, and traditional remedies are described as customs a family may choose. They are for guidance and tradition, and do not replace professional advice on any decision.
Do I have to enter the second person's details before paying?
No. Only the Kundali Matching Report needs a second person, and you can add their birth details after you buy, on your order page. Your Full Kundali Report and 12-Month Forecast are made straight away either way. There is no time pressure to add them while your order page link is working.
